The slow part was the card. Visa took until 14:20 the next day to show the money. That is normal for card refunds and has nothing to do with FamBet. E-wallets usually close that gap.
The 35 minutes nobody advertises
Fast withdrawals, every casino says. And they are fast, right after somebody looks at your passport. My first cashout spent 35 minutes in document review, which in casino terms is a coffee and in marketing terms is apparently instant.
Fair is fair: 1 h 25 min from request to approval, no fee, and the second withdrawal a few days later skipped the document step completely.
What slows a FamBet withdrawal down
From the terms and my own test, these are the brakes:
- First withdrawal: KYC with ID and proof of address
- Active bonus: a withdrawal request voids the bonus
- Different payment method: casinos pay back to the deposit method first
- Weekend and night requests can wait for the approval team
- VPN or a mismatch between account country and location

The footer shows Visa, Mastercard and Interac, and the cashier lists more depending on country. Skrill and Neteller exist as deposit methods, since the bonus terms exclude them. What if a withdrawal never arrives?
Ask live chat for the transaction reference, then give it to your bank or wallet provider. If the casino marked it approved and your bank has no trace, the reference is what both sides need to find it. Write down dates and amounts.
